WSOP Online Bracelet Schedule: 33 Bracelets in 32 Days, Starting July 1

Poker players looking to compete for World Series of Poker gold bracelets online can begin making their summer plans for 2021, as the schedule has been released by the WSOP. It will feature 33 bracelets up for grabs, starting July 1 and continuing through Aug. 1, with at least one event scheduled every day.
All of the stateside action, of course, will take place on WSOP.com and be available to players in New Jersey and Nevada. The WSOP's presser did leave open the possibility that those in other states could play as well, "pending regulatory approval."
WSOP Executive Director Ty Stewart called the series "great value" and said it will be accompanied by a slew of satellites for the yet-to-be-released fall live schedule.
“Poker deserves a big finish to 2021 and we’re looking to heat things up this summer,” he said.
33 Bracelets and Themed Schedule Sections
Perhaps looking to cater certain portions of the schedule to different subsets of players to best allow them to plan their trips, the WSOP has sectioned off parts of the schedule with themes such as "PLO Week" and "Micro Madness."
Things open with "Premiere Week," the first eight events. Highlights include the $500 Big Kick-Off and a $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack.
"Micro Madness" follows with three tournaments at $400 or less.
Then, "PLO Week," which includes two pot-limit Omaha events and even a PLO8 event.
"Double Bracelet Day" will see both a $500 event and the biggest buy-in of the series, the $7,777 No-Limit Hold'em Lucky 7s High Roller.
Finally, "Championship Week" kicks off July 26 with a $1,000 PLO Championship. It also features a $3,200 High Roller Championship, the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Championship, and the $500 Grand Finale. The latter carries the only reported guarantee of the series — $1 million, a network record.

Following Up on 2020 Success
The 2021 online series follows up a spectacularly-received two-part bonanza of online bracelets in 2020.
Starting July 1, WSOP.com awarded a bracelet each day through the end of the month. It wound up delivering $26,871,265 in prize money according to the WSOP, a record for a regulated stateside online festival.
WSOP's international partners GGPoker followed up with 54 more bracelet events stretching from mid-July to early September, including a world-record Online Main Event.
With live poker much more widely available in 2021 compared to 2020, industry heads will have an interesting point of comparison to see how the 2021 online bracelet events are received.
GGPoker Series Details TBD
Speaking of the GGPoker portion of the online bracelet series, not much info has been released as of yet.
At the beginning of April, info was released outlining a live portion of the WSOP slated to start in late September and run through Nov. 23.
At that time, PokerNews was able to report that a GGPoker international bracelet series was expected as well, with information available shortly after the WSOP.com schedule drop. As that has now occurred, be on the lookout for an update in the coming weeks here on PokerNews.
