888poker LIVE Madrid

888poker LIVE is kicking off its bustling 2020 schedule by jetting off to the Spanish capital city, Madrid, for an action-packed festival running from Jan. 23rd through Feb. 3rd. PokerNews will be on the ground reporting on the massive Main Event — will you be joining us?

The 888poker LIVE Madrid gets the 2020 tour off to a brilliant start. Players from all around the world are set to descend on the Casino Gran Via to compete for a share of €1 million that is guaranteed across the 12 events.

€100,000 is guaranteed in the Opening Event despite it only costing €220 to buy into. The Opening Event features four starting flights from Jan. 23-25 with the champion being crowned on Jan. 26. A deep run in that event should give you a substantial enough bankroll to get your teeth into the other 11 scheduled tournaments.

The Main Event is the tournament that every player has everything crossed for in the hope they become the first 888poker LIVE champion of the new year.

A cool €800,000 is guaranteed in the first Main Event of the year. Costing €888 to enter, the Madrid Main Event sees everyone sit down with an 88,000-chip starting stack and play to 50-minute blinds (20 minutes for the Day 1d Turbo). Blinds increase to 60 minutes for the final day.
