Bicknell’s biggest cash came in the PokerStars High Roller Club: $2,100 Sunday Cooldown 8-Max Turbo PKO,a tournament that saw 186 players compete for a slice of $372,000. Some of the world’s best players reached the money, including Viktor “Isildur1” Blom, Steve “Mr. Tim Caum” O’Dwyer, “girafganger7” and Preben “prebz” Stokkan, the latter bursting the final table bubble.

“DotComRicher” was the first final table member to bust and was joined on the sidelines by Niklas “Lena900” Astedt. Belarus’ Aliaksei “Ale6ka” Boika, the 2016 EPT Malta champion, was the next to fall.

Fifth-place went to Gary “quiditbear” Hasson before “cigarromata” of Brazil secured a combined score of $25,329. This was more than third-placed “TiltMeBig” won thanks to the former locking up $8,312 worth of bounties.

TiltMeBig’s elimination left Bicknell and Austria’s “mikki696” to lock horns heads-up. Bicknell had already secured $27,296 worth of bounties on her way to heads-up, but couldn’t claim the scalp of mikki696 so had to make do with a $28,508 runner-up score, leaving mikki696 to walk away with a combined $81,444.
