US Online Sunday Briefing: Daniel Buzgon Wins Big
It was another huge day for online poker players on Sunday, but none had a bigger day than "Grimmy101", who won the WSOP.com $100,000 GTD Sunday for $26,553.
Meanwhile, Daniel Buzgon (pictured above) also had a huge day after appearing on the final table in three tournaments for a haul of almost $11,000.

The $15,000 Kick-off was the first major event to get underway at WSOP.com in Nevada and New Jersey on Sunday. The tournament boasted $850 in added value with 109 entrants, 128 rebuys, and 74 add-ons not meeting the $15,000 guarantee. A total of 20 players cashed for a minimum of $240.
After more than six hours of play, Nicholas "TIME_SINK" Rosen shipped the event for a healthy return of $4,154.
Daniel "iGetLost" Dizenzo (sixth - $795) and Michael "BUKOWSKI" Mulvania (seventh - $630) appeared at the final table in this tournament in back-to-back weeks.
Also at the final table were Ren "rencain" Cain (fourth - $1,095) and William "JudgeBen" Gray (fifth - $945).

After almost five hours of play, "DatsNLBaby" outlasted a field of 113 entrants and 43 rebuys to win the WSOP.com $10,000 Weekly Sunday for $3,975 where a total of 20 players cashed for a minimum of $227. Drazen "HODLer" Ilich fell just short of the win and claimed the runner-up prize of $2,447.
Other notable players at the final table were Jonathan "jetsfan14" Borenstein (fifth - $952) and Anthony "Adversity45" Pagan (ninth - $317).

After almost 7 1/2 hours of play, "cantuthis" shipped the tournament for $6,216. Daniel "juice" Buzgon fell just shy of the gold and instead took home the second-place prize of $3,626.

A total of 35 players secured at least a min-cash worth $701.
After more than 7 1/2 hours of play, "Grimmy101" shipped the tournament for a huge top prize of $26,553. According to Poker Pro Labs, the prize was the biggest for this player at WSOP.com by more than three times as the player's next biggest score from June 2016 was a win in the $30,000 GTD Weekly Sunday for $8,400.
Finishing at the tailend of the final table were Isaac "Going2Ship" Fermin (eighth - $2,405) and John "PokerBull197" Dombroski (ninth - $1,703).

Although the turnout was smaller than in previous weeks, the WSOP.com $25,000 NLH Sunday's 6 Max once again crushed its $25,000 guarantee with 41 entrants and 25 rebuys generating a massive $30,822 prize pool. A total of eight players cashed for at least $1,603.
After more than five hours of play, Justin "tamaratibles" Young shipped the event for $9,863. Young has amassed more than $5.1 million in cashes on the live felts with his biggest cash coming in December 2008 when he finished runner-up in the 2008 WPT Doyle Brunson Five Diamond $15,400 World Poker Classic for $936,760.
Also at the final table were Tenzin "tc_ownz" Chakdor (fourth - $3,236) and David "dehhhhh" Coleman (sixth - $2,250).

After 7 1/2 hours of play, Daniel "leinad" Buzgon and Michael "MikeDB7" DellaBarca agreed to a heads-up deal awarding the Garden State duo $6,455 and $6,380 respectively. Remarkably, Buzgon also took second place in this tournament last week for $5,075.

After almost seven hours of play, Daniel "AvaGray" Lupo shipped the tournament for $7,758. Lupo, who last week won the WSOP.com $12,000 Weekly Sunday Deepstack for $6,143, has more than $1.8 million in online winnings and is ranked in second place in the Garden State according to PocketFives.
Also at the final table was Joseph "joey1way" Fortuna (eighth - $1,083) and Daniel "loxonbagel" Buzgon (ninth - $722). This is the third mention of Buzgon and he earned almost $11,000 in these three tournaments combined.
