Still Time to Win a WSOP Circuit Ring This Month in Rozvadov
Poker players are flocking to King's Casino, located on the border of Germany in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, for the ongoing World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit event there, which has already crowned a slew of gold ring winners with the biggest action still on tap in the coming days.
Czech Republic's Jan Cerny kicked off the festival by winning the first of the 14 WSOP gold rings to be awarded. After five days of play, he outlasted a field of 984 entrants to win the €299 WSOP Circuit Opening for €53,942.
The biggest and best events are yet to come including the two-day €5,300 WSOP Circuit High Roller on March 15-16. Players kick off the action with a huge stack of 50,000 chips and blinds increasing every 45 minutes. Players can get a fresh stack of 50,000 in chips through a single reentry or by surrendering their stack.
Also still to come is the €1,650 WSOP Circuit Main Event, which features a mouthwatering €1 million guaranteed prize pool. The structure offers players many chances to build a big stack with 45-minute blind levels, 30,000 in starting chips and one reentry is permitted on the two opening flights on March 16 and 17. Similar to the High Roller, players can also reenter by surrendering their stack.
Players will enjoy an even slower structure on Day 2 (March 18) and the Final Day (March 19) with blind levels increasing to 60 minutes in length until a winner is crowned.
In September, Germany's Hossein Ensan added to his impressive resume when he outlasted a field of 674 entrants to win €184,812.
