partypoker MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona Schedule Offers €23M GTD
partypoker has released the schedule for the first-ever MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona that promises to be huge with a record €23,000,000 in guarantees on offer throughout the nine-event series.
The festival will take place April 7-15 at the ever-popular Casino Barcelona, kicking off with the €1,100 buy-in MILLIONS Open with four starting flights and €1,000,000 guaranteed.
MILLIONS Grand Final Main Event
The €10,300 Grand Final Main Event with a record €10,000,000 guarantee will be the highlight of the series, beginning on April 11. The event features four starting flights and guarantees seven-figure scores for the top three players — €1.4 million for the winner, €1.2 million for runner-up and an even €1 million for the third-place finisher.
A total of 125 players will be in the money in the Main Event with a minimum payout of €20,000, assuming a field of 1,000 players or fewer. The top ten will also be receiving a free $5,300 entry to the $20 million guarantee MILLIONS Online at the end of the year.
Satellites for the Grand Final Main Event are running now at partypoker, where players can start the road to qualifying for as little as $0.50. Daily $22 Quarter-Finals and $109 Semi-Finals are also available to satellite into the weekly $1,050 Finals.
Each weekly final at partypoker guarantees ten prize packages worth $16,000 which include an entry to the €10,300 Main Event, eight nights of luxury accommodation at the five-star Hotel Arts and $500 for expenses. Casino Barcelona will also be awarding at least 225 Main Event seats across five super satellites during the festival.
Other Schedule Highlights
The Grand Final schedule has plenty more to offer, especially for those inclined to play higher buy-in events. Four single reentry super high roller events take place on the first four days of the series, each boasting a €2 million guarantee.
The first two high rollers, on April 7 and April 8, have buy-ins of €25,000. The third one on April 9 is priced at €50,000, while the fourth high roller on April 10 has a buy-in of €1,000,000.
Another single re-entry event a bit more affordable is the €2,500 buy-in MILLIONS Grand Final Warm-up starting on April 9. This three-day event has two starting flights and guarantees a prize pool of at least €1 million.
The final two events of the series both start on April 13. The €10,300 High Roller has a €2 million guarantee while the €1,100 Finale offers unlimited reentry and a guarantee of €1 million.

What More to Expect
The festival will be accompanied by a nine-day live stream to bring viewers action from many of the high rollers and of course, the Main Event. Commentary featuring Jesse May and Mikhail Semin will be provided in at least three languages, and fans can watch via the My partypoker LIVE website and smartphone app.
Expect many big names to head to one of Europe’s most popular poker destinations for MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona. Among those confirmed to attend are partypoker chairman Mike Sexton and partypoker Ambassadors Fedor Holz, Sam Trickett, Ike Haxton, Jason Koon, Joao Simao and Roberto Romanello. Rob Yong, Paul Newey and Leon Tsoukernik are also confirmed to play in various high roller events on the schedule.
