Star-Studded Crowds Expected at the WSOPE

With the 2017 WSOP in Las Vegas done and dusted, there are several players still in the hunt to win the coveted title of Player of the Year, and PokerNews expects many of those players to make the trip to Europe where POY points are up for grabs.

Currently, it is Chris Ferguson who tops the 2017 WSOP POY Leaderboard, but only by 22.11 points from Ryan Hughes. Others who are hot on Ferguson’s heels include John Monnette and John Racener, while a solid WSOPE could see the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Dario Sammartino and Kenny Hallaert challenge for the title.
