The partypoker MILLIONS Will Award at Least £6 Million
The partypoker MILLIONS is heading to Dusk Til Dawn Poker and Casino in Nottingham, England, April 14-23 with a Main Event boasting a humongous £6 million guarantee along with six action-packed events.
At least one player will walk away from the tournament a millionaire with it guaranteeing at least a £1 million first-place prize.
There are many ways players can participate in the partypoker MILLIONS with two opening days online at partypoker and another three days at the casino. Players directly buying into any of the flights will begin with a huge stack of 1 million chips. The online flights feature 24-minute blind levels on the opening days, while the live opening flights feature 60-minute blind levels.
The online opening day April 9 brought a field of 155 players. The final online opening flight April 16 is the same day that the first live opening flight takes place. The other two live opening days will be on April 19 and 20.
Players bagging chips on any of the five opening days will compete for four more days on April 21-24 until a winner is crowned. The structure becomes deeper as the tournament progresses with Days 2-4 featuring 75-minute blind levels and the final day featuring 90-minute blind levels.
The £5,300/$6,750 buy-in for the tournament may prove expensive for some players. To make this a tournament any poker player regardless of the size of their bankroll can participate in, partypoker is hosting many satellites and sub-satellites that feed into a £550/$675 Phase 1 tournament. There are a plethora of Phase 1 tournaments available to play both online at partypoker and live at the casino.
Players surviving a Phase 1 tournament will start off with their ending chip stack in an opening Day 1 flight. Players can choose to enter as many Phase 1 tournaments as they wish and use them to play multiple opening flights. Additionally, players can choose to play as many Day 1s as they want and bring their largest stack into Day 2.
