Matthew "MUSTAFABET" Ashton

There's been plenty of action at higher stakes online in the past two weeks. The six-handed no limit hold'em table "Lalage" at PokerStars saw the biggest pots; all three of the biggest hands played in the past 14 days came from this table. Let's take a look at who's up and who's down.

1) "Lottenice" Wins a $91,898 Pot (230 Big Blinds) Versus "Katya_18"
($200/$400 NLHM 6-Handed)

Two of the best battled it out in a hand on the $200/$400 table "Lalage." "Lottenice" opened the action with a cutoff raise to $900, followed by a fold of Mikita "fish2013" Badziakouski on the button. "Katya_18" in the small blind three-bet to $4,000, forcing a fold of big blind Bill "GASTRADER" Perkins. Lottenice called in position.

With $8,400 in the middle, the flop came KA4. Katya_18 bet $4,197.50 and Lottenice called to grow the pot to $16,795.

The 5 on the turn would prove a money card and Katya_18 continued betting with $8,395 going to the middle. Once again, Lottenice called. With the pot now at $33,585, the 6 completed the board. Katya_18 shoved all in, having Lottenice covered.

Lottenice called for $29,156.56 total, turning over KK for second set. Katya_18 mucked 45.

2) Jordi "prot0" Urlings Wins a $86,825 Pot (217 Big Blinds) Versus "Katya_18"
($200/$400 NLHM 6-Handed)

On the same table, with the same line-up, it was once again Katya_18 losing a sizable pot. Katya_18, who's been battling on the high stakes for years, opened the cutoff to $900. Perkins called from the button, big blind Jordi "prot0" Urlings over called.

Both prot0 and initial raiser Katya_18 checked on 976 and Perkins took a stab with a bet of $2,732.40. prot0 check-raised to $7,825.29 and Katya_18 shoved for $40,346.35. Perkins had seen enough and folded but prot0 called.

prot0 flopped the nuts, but he wasn't home safe just yet. Would the board pair, he would leave the $86,825 pot to Katya_18.

The two ran the turn and river twice. None of the four cards paired the board. The first time it came J10, the second time it came 5Q.

3) Jordi "prot0" Urlings Wins a $85,406 Pot (214 Big Blinds) Versus Bill "GASTRADER" Perkins

The third biggest hand of the last two weeks came, again, from table "Lalage." In the same session, under the gun Perkins opened to $1,200. prot0 three-bet the cutoff to $3,888 and action folded around to Perkins who called.

Both checked J510 so the pot remained $8,376 going to the 6 turn. Perkins bet $6,027.12 and prot0 called.

With the pot now at $20,430.24, Perkins bet about half the pot as the A completed the board. prot0 raised his $9,599.86 bet to $32,488. Perkins called, but mucked upon being shown QK for the nuts by prot0.

The 2017 Leaderboard

Timofey "Trueteller" Kuznetsov still leads the 2017 leaderboard, being up $466,282 over 18,273 hands. He has not logged any hands in February so far. The same goes for Dan "w00ki3z." Cates who's still this year's biggest losing player, being down almost half a million.

We expect some of these players to enter the Triton Super High Roller in Manila this week; we'll see if they find time to play some online poker in the meantime.
