On Monday 888poker announced a new partnership with Flow Esports, one of the biggest Hearthstone streamers online with over 10,000 weekly viewers.

888poker said in a release that “it was only a matter of time that a site with over 10 million members and is one of the biggest online poker operators would join forces with Daniel Märkisch’s team.”

The team includes Hearthstone pros Märkisch (C4mlann), Tobias Graap (TwoBiers), Vetle Stubberud (Xzirez) and Johannes Steindl (JonnyStoneHS).

These pros stream on Twitch daily, with Märkisch and Steindl hosting poker sessions once a week. They also all made it to the World Series of Poker Circuit festival in Rozvadov this year and played in the Main Event, where Märkisch came in 20th.

The games at Hearthstone receive over 1.7 million views per month and host large gaming events in the industry, including Gamescom, Dreamhack and Insomnia, notes 888poker.

Merging the gaming world with the poker world may prove successful. At least that’s what 888poker is hoping for when it comes to viewers and their experience.

“The partnership between Flow Esports and us promises to be a successful one, filled with free tournaments, money-added prize pools and other great prizes,” says 888poker.
