Live Coverage of $300,000 Super High Roller Bowl at ARIA Starts Today
The day has arrived! One of the most anticipated poker events of the year kicks off this afternoon with the second running of the Super High Roller Bowl at the ARIA Resort & Casino. This $300,000 buy-in event will feature 49 players battling to reach the top seven spots to earn a piece of the $15 million prize pool, with a $5 million prize and a special Super High Roller Bowl Championship Ring going to the winner.

Last year's inaugural Super High Roller Bowl saw Brian Rast top a challenging field of 43 to win a $7.525 million first prize, including a tough final table comprised of runner-up Scott Seiver, Connor Drinan, Timofey Kuznetsov, David Peters, Tom Marchese, and Erik Seidel.
Speaking of tough tables, all seven of those players are back for this year's SHRB, and indeed all seven of seven-handed tables will be surrounded by many of poker's best tournament players to start play this afternoon.
Stephen Chidwick, Antonio Esfandiari, Fedor Holz, Byron Kaverman, Igor Kurganov, Bryn Kenney, Tom Marchese, Dominik Nitsche, David Peters, Nick Petrangelo, Talal Shakerchi, and Dan Smith will all be taking part, as will Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth — to list just some of the names filling out this star-studded field.
