WSOP International Circuit Marrakech Set To Begin Jan. 16

The World Series of Poker International Circuit will make its way to Casino de Marrakech in Morocco in a couple weeks' time. Taking place Jan. 16-24, 2016, the festival boasts an exciting schedule of events that will include a €1,350 Main Event and a €1,800 High Roller.

The High Roller event will span two days and kick off at 6 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Late registration and reentry will be available until the start of play on Day 2, and then on Thursday, Jan. 21, the four-day Main Event will kick off with Day 1a action at 1 p.m. local time. Day 1b will follow at the same time on Friday, and the PokerNews Live Reporting team will be on hand to provide live updates from the Main Event.

Last year's WSOP Circuit event at Casino de Marrakech attracted a field of 484 entries. The winner was Ricardo Manquant, and he earned over €120,000 for the victory.
