Don't Miss the partypoker.net WPT Montreal Main Event from November 13-19 0001

The World Poker Tour is currently at the Playground Poker Club for the partypoker.net WPT Montreal festival, which runs now through November 19th. The stop features 16 different events, with the highlight being the (CAD) $3,500 + 350 Main Event from November 13-19.

The WPT Montreal Main Event features three starting flights, with Day 1a kicking off at 11 a.m. on Friday November 13th. Days 1b and 1c will take place at the same time on Saturday and Sunday respectively. The tournament is a "next-day reentry," meaning players who bust one starting flight are free to buy into the others. What's more, players can play multiple starting flights, and if they're fortunate enough to survive more than one, they'll take their biggest stack into Day 2.

The Main Event final table will be recorded for television, but will also be available to poker fans via a live stream (cards down, with commentary). The winner of the Main Event will also qualify for the recently announced "Tournament of Champions," which will replace the WPT Championship at the end of the season.

The capacity for this event is 150 players on Day 1a, 250 players on Day 1b, and 400 players on Day 1c. If the limit is reached on any Day 1, alternates will be allowed to register for the event and take their seat if and when space permits before the end of the late registration period. Late registration is open until the end of the dinner break following Level 6 of each Day 1.

Of course the Playground Poker Club will be hosting several satellites into the Main Event:
