Partypoker Brings Grand Prix Poker Tour To Stamford Bridge

The second leg of the Grand Prix Poker Tour by partypoker is set to hit one of football's most iconic stadiums this month, as it heads to London’s Stamford Bridge. Running from Nov. 28-29, the event held at the home ground of Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea F.C. features a £70 Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of £250,000.

Players interested to take part in the event can join in any of the live Day 1s running at the Aspers Casino Stratford City, at the Dusk Till Dawn poker room, or at the Samford Bridge itself, where they can choose between four different starting flights. In a note sent to the media, partypoker announced that also Made in Chelsea’s star Jamie Laing will be among the players in the field. "Over the last few weeks I've been practising my poker face from the true pro Jose in preparation for this tournament," Laing said. “It's the only opportunity I'll get to say I've played at Stamford Bridge so I'm definitely going all in!"
