Online poker players around the world preparing to play for a share of $45 million in guarantees across 70 events in PokerStars' 2015 World Championship of Online Poker from Sept. 6-27. While that series is the highlight of many professional and recreational online poker players, they now have another series to choose from over at PokerStars' sister site, Full Tilt, which will host the Full Tilt Classic during the same time.

The Full Tilt Classic takes place from September 11-20 and will feature 20 exciting tournaments with $270,000 in guaranteed prizes, along with 40 side events in a 10-day span. The highlight of the poker festival will be the $100 buy-in Full Tilt Classic Main Event, which boasts a healthy $75,000 guaranteed prize pool.

We’re getting back to basics with the Full Tilt Classic.

What's great about the Full Tilt Classic is that unlike the WCOOP, there are buy-ins ranging from $10 to $100 that cater more toward recreational players. Additionally, the site will host numerous satellite events, allowing players to qualify for the events for just a fraction of the cost.

"We’re getting back to basics with the Full Tilt Classic," said Full Tilt Managing Director Dominic Mansour. "Multiple tournaments with buy-ins that suit players of all levels and, of course, exciting guarantees. It’s going to be a fun 10 days."

In addition to the reasonable buy-ins, events are available in many formats including 4-max, 6-max, and full-ring. Additionally, there are many different types of game variants featured on the schedule including no-limit hold'em, limit hold'em, pot-limit Omaha, pot-limit Omaha hi/lo, no-limit Omaha hi/lo, six-card Omaha, Razz, 10-game, and 25-game.
