Steven "stevenmadara" Madara beat out a field of 97-players to win the Spring Poker Series Event #1 for $10,878. Kevin "SofcknsicKKK" Campbell not only finished in second place in this tournament for $7,282, but also took third place in the partypoker NJ/BorgataPoker.com Daily $10K for $1,220 where he plays under the "sofcknsick" screenname.
Jesse "No_Xcape" Elliot also had a big day, winning $10,600 by finishing on top of a 211-player field in the WSOP.com/888poker NJ Sunday $40,000 Guarantee. New Jersey poker player "mingo14" won $6,200 for a runner-up performance in this tournament.
The weekly partypoker NJ/BorgataPoker.com $50,000 Guarantee attracted 277 players to pony up the $200 buy-in for this tournament with "numbnuts" coming out on top for $10,249. "Mercedes1951" finished in second place in this tournament to win $6,749. Daniel "leinad" Buzgon not only took third place in this tournament for $4,868, but also won another $3,200 when he finished on top of the 49-player field in the 888poker NJ $10,000 Big Sunday where he plays under the screenname "yeayeaflush".
