It's no secret that when the calendar rolls over into a new year, plans and motivations are high for those looking to make a healthy change for the better. As members of the poker industry, we know that's not always so easy for everyone when the travel and the grind come fast and furious at the beginning of January. Luckily, there are plenty of intelligent minds within the poker community at our disposal.

One of those minds belongs to Jason Koon, high-stakes poker player and as much of a fitness and health guru as you will find within the community. He understands that it takes "baby steps" to get started and spoke with Remko Rinkema at the 2015 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure to provide some useful tips and advice on how to start your new year off right.
