"PR0522" Wins Third Event of WSOP.com December Deep Stack Series
On Tuesday, the WSOP.com December Deep Stack Series continued with the second event of the series. It was originally planned that Event #2: Pot-Limit Omaha would take place in both Nevada and New Jersey, but the event on WSOP.com NJ did not run because it was cancelled due to lack of minimum participants. The event in Nevada was a success, though.
The second event of the series in Nevada attracted 43 players. The tournament was a $30 buy-in, but rebuys and add-ons were allowed for $27.30. In all, 31 rebuys and 25 add-ons were made, and the prize pool generated was $2,702.70. That nearly doubled the $1,500 guarantee the event boasted, and it was surely appreciated by "PR0522" who took home the top prize of $999.99.
The top five places were paid out a minimum of $297.29, and "voffvoffvoff" finished as the unfortunate "bubble boy" in sixth place.

The third event of the series will be a $1,500 guaranteed no-limit hold'em freeze out tournament with a $30 buy-in that starts at 5 p.m. local time in both Nevada and New Jersey. Remember, each tournament starts a player with very deep stacks of 200 big blinds, so you won't want to miss out.
