1. Clos la Plana

Clos la Plana

WOW, the picture says it all about this amazing property! This is Clos la Plana, a stunning, secluded estate consisting of the magnificent Catalan Art Nouveau country house built in 1913 and 10 hectares of land made up of fields, vineyards, beautifully maintained gardens and a large swimming pool.

At only 5 minutes from Sitges beaches and 30 minutes from Barcelona (25 minutes from the airport) it oozes class and would make a perfect choice to recharge the batteries at any time of year but especially following the EPT Barcelona. The main house sleeps 16 to 24 people in luxurious en-suite bedrooms and there’s a wealth of living areas both indoors and out with a spacious dining area big enough for a feast for 50.

This truly is a unique property that ticks all the boxes for a luxurious break with prices starting at €8,800 per week.

2. Villa La Masia

La Masia

If you like to chill and you don't mind staying a bit out of Barcelona's buzzing centre, Villa La Masia is an incredible property you should definitely consider.

This hyper-luxurious Moorish style villa was built in 1890 and is situated just 30 minutes from Barcelona's main Airport. It has nine en-suite bedrooms, a separate cottage in the grounds and can sleep up to 24 people in total. It boasts an impressive number of facilities that include a solar-heated swimming pool and a tennis court. Plus, if you like golf, you will be happy to know that it is only five minutes away from an 18-hole course.

This villa is a great choice for online grinders as well, as wifi Internet is available throughout the property. Although we are not sure that the whole two hectares of private walled grounds are perfectly covered, you won't have any issue in the games room where you will find a pool table, bar and a wide selection of books.

This property is available to rent throughout the year and if you were looking to book this true Moroccan gem, for one week in August during next year’s Barcelona's EPT it would cost €12,800.

3. Villa Tren

Villa Tren

This impressive villa with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two hectares of private gardens is located in Sant Pol del Mar, Maresme, which means that you will need a 20-minute ride to get from this piece of heaven to the center of Barcelona.

Besides a large swimming pool and the opportunity to go to the beach with a simple three-minute walk, Villa Tren offers its guests amenities such as a racquetball court, a small soccer field, and a barbecue area.

4. A Villa with Pool and Private Cinema

Villa with private cinema

On a more affordable note, and if you are looking for a solution that will allow you to relax, stay fit, and maybe even enjoy a game or two of Call of Duty on the big screen, this villa in Alella may be worth some attention.

Located five kilometers north of Barcelona, the villa features eight bedrooms, an outdoor swimming pool, a game room, a gym, and even a private cinema. Not mentioning some breathtaking views on the Ocean.

5. Villa Barna

Villa Barna

This modern and luminous villa located just a five-minute ride from Barceloneta's famous and lively beach can accommodate up to 10 people in its five different bedrooms.

6. A Villa…On The Sea

Yacht Barcelona

Although it is not exactly a villa, this 22-meter luxury yacht in Barcelona's Royal Yacht Club may still be a very interesting choice to live the EPT in a totally unconventional, yet lavish manner.

The yacht won't offer you a swimming pool, but why would you need one? There also isn't a game room, but the fact that it is right across the street from the Aquarium, the Maremagnum Shopping Mall, and the pedestrian wooden bridge to walk over to Las Ramblas, who would want to stay inside and play games? The yacht also includes a deck terrace with dinner table for eight and a cozy sun deck with cushions for basking in the rays.

If you like the idea to be able to sail away from Barcelona anytime you want and mix your poker with some quality time cruising and swimming around some of the world's best coastal locations, you should then consider the opportunity to gather up to nine friends and give it a try.

A week in this fully equipped luxury yacht is set at €6,000.
