While the 2014 World Series of Poker has been wrapping up its summer stint in Las Vegas over the past week, luxury Swiss watch brand SLYDE has announced that it will partner with PokerStars LIVE Macau for the current Asia-Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) season and return as the official watch sponsor for the upcoming European Poker Tour (EPT) season.

Beginning with the 100th EPT event in Barcelona in August, SLYDE will continue to provide specially-designed watches to the champions of EPT main events and high roller events. It will also include watches for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) Main Event, High Roller, and Super High Roller, as those events are considered part of the EPT tour.

The unique "black and steel" design of these watches is valued at over €5,000. The PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino EPT Grand Final winner will receive a "black and rose gold" design that is valued at over €9,000.

"The EPT is thrilled to once again be working with SLYDE for a third consecutive year and offering an amazing gift for our main event and high roller winners," said EPT President Edgar Stuchly. "The watches are truly something special — a keepsake to complement the amazing achievement of winning an EPT title."

As for the APPT, SLYDE will be awarding winners of the Macau Poker Cup Red Dragon Main Event and 2014 Asia Championship of Poker Main Event with watches. These watches will feature a special "titanium" design valued at $8,480.

"PokerStars LIVE Macau is delighted to welcome SLYDE to our events," commented APPT President Danny McDonagh. "We are excited to offer our event winners the opportunity to wear these magnificent pieces of art on their wrists as part of their prize."
