VIDEO: 2012 World Champ Greg Merson Joins Team PokerNews for a Google Hangout
Greg Merson, winner of the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event, joined PokerNews' Sarah Grant for a Google Hangout June 2 from his summer home in Las Vegas.
Just before winning the Main Event, Merson earned his first-ever gold bracelet in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em Six Handed event for over $1.13 million. More recently, Merson finished heads-up at the 2014 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure $25,000 High Roller, for which he earned $948,996.
Now, he’s back at the 2014 WSOP and has already cashed in two events, including a 14th place result in Event #3: $1,000 Pot Limit Omaha.
