Liberto began the final day with a slight chip advantage over Prasetyo, and together the two had nearly half of the chips in play.
According to the PARX Poker Blog, Matthew Zambanini was the first to exit when he moved all in from the small blind over a raise from Prasetyo. Prasetyo had opened to 80,000 on the button with the blinds at 20,000/40,000/5,000, and called the 580,000-chip shove with the K♠Q♥. Zambanini revealed a dominated K♥10♥, and the board rolled out A♥9♠J♣8♥J♠.
Not long after, Staffan Lind was the victim of a severe cooler against Milos Scekic. Scekic five-bet shoved with the A♠A♥, and Staffan, the four-bettor, called with the K♣K♥, and the aces held up.
Tim Bryan, John Botticello, and Dilip Ravindran were the next three players to exit, and Scekic was bounced in fourth place. Scekic was all in and at risk with the A♦J♣ on a flop of A♥7♠9♥, but he was dominated by Prasetyo's A♠9♣. The turn and river bricked 7♦, 2♠ respectively, and Scekic was eliminated in fourth place earning $32,037.
At the start of three-handed play, Prasetyo had 12.8 million chips (over 82 percent of the chips in play). He didn't eliminate Mike Cologna in third place, however, Liberto did the deed. It was a classic race with Liberto's 5♥5♣ against Cologna's A♥10♥, and the flop, turn, and river came 3♦8♠Q♥J♥Q♠.
Liberto was able to double through Prasetyo during heads-up play, but the former won the match with no specific information about the final hand played.
PARX Big Stax VI 1500 attracted a total of 311 entries, generating a total prize pool of $442,505. The top 26 players earned a minimum of $3,673.
