Bellagio Announces Schedules for Summer High Roller Series and Bellagio Cup X
The luxurious Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada has announced its Summer High Roller series for May and June, along with the schedule for July's Bellagio Cup X.
Over the course of May and June, six $10,200 buy-in events will be held for all to participate. Each event will be a one-day affair, taking place according to the following schedule:
- Thursday, May 29 at 12 p.m.
- Sunday, June 1 at 12 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 4 at 12 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 11 at 12 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 24 at 12 p.m.
- Friday, June 27 at 12 p.m.
Then in July, Bellagio will host Bellagio Cup X — a $10,300 buy-in event to take place July 10-15. A $1,080 super satellite will be held on Wednesday, July 9 at 12 p.m. and a $5,180 side event will be held on Sunday, July 13 at 2 p.m. The super satellite is a one-day event and will award as many entries as possible to the Bellagio Cup.
The Bellagio Cup itself will allow players to register until the start of the 12th level of play, which will be approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, according to Bellagio. All events have a reentry format through the first six levels, except for the championship event.
Last year, David Peters won the Bellagio Cup IX for $355,093 after striking a heads-up deal with Jason Koon. Koon earned $316,000. The event attracted 137 entries and created a prize pool of $1,328,900.
