Milan Simko started the final table as the short stack, but was able to chip up and recorded the first knockout. The hometown favorite won a race with AQ against Johannes Tiefenbrunner's 7x7x.

The next player to exit was Team PokerStars Pro Marcin Horecki. Horecki found himself all in with A9, and was dominated by Mark Dalimore's 9x9x. The dominant hand held up, and the Pole hit the rail.

Holdeew then eliminated Simko in sixth place, Dalimore in fifth, and Jaroslav Peter, the last Czech standing, in fourth. Dalimore shoved for 25 big blinds with KxQx, and Holdeew woke up with AxAx.

Stephen Chidwick and Barer traded big pots during three-handed play, and the Brit was eventually busted by Holdeew. Chidwick moved all in for 20 big blinds with K10, and lost a race to Holdeew's 7x7x.

On the final hand of the event, Barer check-raised all in with K4 on a board of 10379, and Holdeew called with 109. The river was red, but the K was no help to Barer, who exited in second place.

Congratulations to Holdeew for the huge score. The EPT Prague Main Event began on Thursday, and PokerNews is on hand to provide live updates straight from the tournament floor.
