Day 1b was not kind to many. Team PokerStars Pro Celina Lin got her chips into the middle of a Jx7x6x board with 7x7x, but ran into an opponent's JxJx and couldn't spike the miracle one outer to survive. PokerNews' own Kristy Arnett had a similar fate on Day 1b. After losing more than half her stack in Level 1 to a superior full house, Arnett made a final stand with 8x7x for her last few big blinds. She found action from an opponent with KxQx, and though she picked up a few outs after a Qx6x5x, flop, the turn and river were bricks.
