VIP Poker Room Signs Eugene Katchalov and Other Pros
VIP Poker Room, located in Montreal, Canada, announced on Wednesday the first members of its Pro Ambassador Team. The initial team members are Team PokerStars Pro Eugene Katchalov, Will “The Thrill” Failla, Ylon Schwartz, and Mike “GoLeafsGoEh” Leah.
“We’re excited about signing these fantastic pros as ambassadors to VIP,” said owner Mitchell Horne. They are outstanding players and incredible people whom others enjoy playing poker with, he said. "Our pros will enhance players’ experiences when they come play poker at VIP.”
VIP Poker Room will celebrate its grand opening on Feb. 7-11. The festivities include a $100,000-guarantee tournament and a $5,000 buy-in Player’s Championship event. Along with winning cash prizes, the event winners will earn a custom bracelet and watch fashioned by Jacob the Jeweler.
