FTOPS Day 13: "serjiofx" and "datso-buessal7" Win Gold Jerseys
The Full Tilt continued Friday with two more events from the 35-event schedule — Event #29: $216 No-Limit Hold'em Rush w/ Rebuys and Event #30: $216 Limit Omaha Hi/Lo.
Friday's action saw crucial points earned in the Full Tilt as "callyoudown" and "DoktorGre" each cashed in events. "Callyoudown" has led the leader board since Tuesday and now boasts 706 points; "DoktorGre" is second with 553 points. With five events remaining on the slate this weekend there is still time for players like Bryn "OneUponAStar" Kenney, "Gennadiy As," and Sebastian "p00cket00" Sikorski to pick up enough points to win the custom avatar and $10,000 FTOPS XXII package that goes to the leader board winner.

Event #29: No-Limit Hold'em Rush w/ Rebuys

The 400 entrants in Event #29 accounted for 310 rebuys and 141 add-ons, creating a prize pool of $170,200. FTOPS XXI leader board frontrunner "callyoudown" finished 13th in this event to maintain his lead, but "DoktorGre" made up some room by finishing fifth for $11,488. Others making deep runs in Event #29 were Bolivar "Ramux" Palacios (27th - $851), Chris "MoormanI" Moorman (22nd - $851), and Bryan "enterthewu19" Piccioli (14th - $1,531).
The final table was loaded with star power as Scott Clements, Corey "Comandr_Cool" Burbick, Mike "tuna_fish_tank" Stroh, and Mario "Pokerccini" Puccini battled for the $42,550 top prize. But it was Russia's "serjiofx" who emerged as the champion after defeating Puccini heads-up for the gold jersey.

The big story deep in Event #30 was Mike "GoLeafsGoEh" Leah's attempt to win an FTOPS event two days in a row. One day after he won Event #28, Leah was on the final table bubble of Event #30, but he ultimately landed directly on the bubble, finishing 10th for $770.
That left nine players competing for a $15,400 top prize and the gold jersey. The final two players, "datso-buessal7" and "mcflurryoreo," decided to make a heads-up deal, after which "datso-buessal7" defeated his U.K.-based opponent to claim his first FTOPS title. On the final hand, "mcflurryoreo" was all-in before the flop for a little more than two big blinds with 10♥K♦7♣5♦ against "datso-buessal7's" 9♣A♥3♣K♣, and the 3♦Q♠A♦9♠9♥ board gave the Norwegian a full house and the victory.
