The Unibet Open Prague Main Event takes place from Feb. 16 through 19 at the Atrium casino inside the luxurious Hilton Prague Hotel. It was this very casino that saw Fuat Can outlast a field of 451 to help himself to the massive €167,500 first-place prize in 2009 and Henri Ojala navigate his way through 423 opponents to win a bankroll-boosting €157,000. Will it be your name the poker community is reading about come February?

How to Qualify for Prague

Unibet Poker is offering several ways for players to win a €2,500 tournament package, including freeroll qualifiers and a tournament leaderboard.

The cheapest way to qualify for the Prague Open is to start playing in the daily freerolls and make your way up the various qualifying levels until you win a seat into the Weekly Sunday Final. As you can see in the photo below, there are different levels of buy-ins for you to choose from, meaning players of all skill levels and bankrolls have a legitimate chance of winning a Unibet Open Prague package.

The Weekly Final events each award a full tournament package for every €2,500 in the prize pool and can be directly bought into. See the image below for an outline of the various qualifying levels.

Players also have the chance to qualify for a tournament package through Sit-n-Go Steps whereby a tournament package can be acquired by working your way up the seven steps to the Weekly Final with buy-ins starting at just €0.60! Each step level has tournaments that run around the clock and offer a handy alternative to those who cannot play in the daily and weekly multi-table tournaments
