The final table of the 2011 World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open has been set after Day-4's action took place on Thursday at the Borgata in Atlantic City. Leading the final six is Bobby Oboodi with 11.14 million in chips, but he's closely trailed by Fred Goldberg with 11.08 million.

When the day began, 27 players remained and recent WPT champion Will "The Thrill" Failla led the way. Orson Young was the first player eliminated, then Alexander Queen in 24th place, and Vanessa Selbst in 23rd. Selbst was eliminated by Goldberg after, according to the WPT Live Update Team, she moved all-in on the turn with the board reading 1043J holding Q8 for a combo draw. Goldberg had bottom set with 33. The river blanked with the 6 and Selbst was eliminated.

Among the other notables eliminated were Anthony Rivera in 18th place, Jack Schanbacher in 16th place, "Miami" John Cernuto in 14th place and Matt Glantz in 12th. Then Failla fell in 11th to reduce the tournament to just one table.

Failla lost all but one big blind from his stack when Jin Hwang got there with pocket jacks versus Failla's pocket queens, spiking not one, but two jacks to make quads. On the next hand, Failla was eliminated by Oboodi. From there, Dan Colman busted in 10th, Kevin Calenzo hit the rail in ninth and Joe Dittmar went out in eighth. Short stack Doug Kim tried to hang on as best he could to make the official WPT final table, but he went out in seventh place.

Kim bubbled the WPT televised final table after moving all-in from the button for his last 1.2 million with the blinds at 80,000/160,000 with a 20,000 ante. Oboodi called from the big blind and revealed the AQ. Kim's Q10 was dominated and he was looking for help. After the flop, turn and river ran out A83K7, leaving Kim with nothing but the felt in front of him, he headed for the rail. The remaining six players then bagged up their chips in the following seat order for Friday's final table.
