PartyPoker's 'Poker Den' Promises 36-Hour Marathon Session 0001

PartyPoker and Matchroom Sport have announced the latest edition of their popular "Poker Den" series. "PartyPoker.com Poker Den: The Big Game III" is set to film in London on September 30th and October 1st, 2008, and promises to draw another big lineup of top players for 36 hours of continuous cash-game play.

Expanded from last year's 24-hour format, "Big Game III" has already received commitments from stars around the globe. Slated to appear are PokerNews' own Tony G, David "Devilfish" Ulliott, Jamie Gold, Robert Williamson III, Roland de Wolfe, Neil Channing, Andrew Feldman, Brian "sbrugby" Townsend, Kirk Morrison, Phil Laak, Antonio Esfandiari, Jon Kalmar, Sammy "Any Two" George, Roberto Romanello, John Tabatabai, Mike "The Mouth" Matusow, Jennifer Tilly, Anthony Hardy and many others. One of the stars of last year's Big Game II, Phil Hellmuth, has not yet committed to the event.

Each of the players will be buying in for a minimum of $10,000, with blinds starting at $25/50. Players can leave the table at any time, so the lineup will continually change throughout the 36 hours of play. PartyPoker also promises the introduction of a $1,000 "Party Pot" bonus designed to add even more action to the play. The event will be filmed for broadcast on UK's Channel Five in early 2009, and then is slated for worldwide distribution. Jesse May is scheduled to anchor the broadcast commentator duties.
