Daniel Negreanu's Rant: 2013 WSOP, New TDA Rules, and More

Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu returned to his home in Toronto after the conclusion of the World Series of Poker. After a few nights out on the town, Negreanu dusted off his webcam and recorded the latest edition of his popular Rant. During the 20-minute video, Negreanu discusses his success (or lack thereof) at the 2013 WSOP and his chase for several Player of the Year honors.

Negreanu was the frontrunner in the WSOP POY standings after winning the WSOP Asia-Pacific Main Event in April, but Matthew Ashton seized the lead after making four final tables and claiming victory in the $50,000 Poker Players' Championship.

Negreanu also went over the new tournament rules recently implemented by the Tournament Directors Association, including the "First Card off the Deck Rule" that generated a lot of discussion via social media.
