Mike Sowers Eliminated in 9th Place ($31,209)

The action was opened for a raise and it was folded to Mike Sowers in the small blind who moved all in for a little more than 500,000 in chips. Elliott Zaydman moved all in from the big blind and the original raiser folded. The two all in player's hands were revealed:

Sowers was ahead and it would stay that way on the flop. The on the turn gave Zaydman more outs as he picked up a flush draw and it would be that draw that would hit on the river. A disappointed Sowers rushed out of the room, not a word to be said to the other players as he was eliminated in ninth place.
