Huang Hits The Rail in Search For Fried Chicken

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

Team PokerStars Pro Byan Huang has just been knocked out from the APPT Seoul Main Event and he was kind enough to share with us what happened.

Huang explained that he raised to 1,300 from the hijack holding ace-queen and the player on the button decided to make the call. After both blinds folded the flop brought out {7-}{7-}{6-} and Huang fired out 1,500 in an attempt to take down the pot right there. This plan did not work as his opponent moved all in, and Huang called off his remaining 5,600 chips.

Huang was in trouble with his two over cards, but he still had outs being up against pocket fours. The board however did not change and he was knocked out during the sixth level of play.

"I'll play most of the side events depending on how hungover I am tomorrow," Huang joked after he hit the rail, referring to the epic PokerStars Party that's planned for tonight.

Huang, a Korean food connoisseur proven by this photo he put up on his Instagram last night, made an effort to point out that the party cannot be missed because of the excellent fried chicken with spicy sauce that will be up for grabs at some point tonight. "Korean food is the best, it just makes me so happy," Huang added, as he brought up one more good reason for players around the world to keep an eye on making it down to Seoul during a big poker event like the APPT.

When it comes to Huang's next big poker event the wait won't be long as he's gearing up to play APPT Macau in May and subsequently the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
