The official prize pool information for Event 2 ($500 Black Chip Bounty No-Limit Hold'em) has been posted.
The remaining 39 players are competing for a grand prize of $50,132, and anybody left with chips in play has already guaranteed themselves a payday of at least $919.
In total, a prize pool of $208,793 was generated after 615 entries were recorded.
There are now six tables remaining in Event 2, the $500 Black Chip Bounty Re-Entry event.
A total of fifty players remain and the average stack is approximately 184,500.
Robert "Uncle Krunk" Panitch, who you may remember from his 3rd place finish at the WSOP Circuit National Championship Main Event last year, is still in contention.
A few notable names remain in the $350 Black Chip Bounty: Russell Crane (3,500), Amnon Filippi (43,000) and Bob Panitch (310,000). Sixty-nine players remain, so the money bubble is fast approaching, and the blinds are currently sitting at 2,000-4,000 with a 400 ante.
Update: Crane busted out in the time it took to write this post.
Just under 140 players remain in the $350 Black Chip Bounty, and the prize pool has gone official with 615 entrants. Players who min-cash with a top-63 finish will bank $710, while the lucky winner will ship $50,131. Blinds are currently 1,500-3,000 with an ante of 400.
The action continues downstairs in the Signature Room and the Borgata Poker Room, as Event 2 ($350 Buy-In, Re-Entry, with a $100 chip bounty for each elimination).
Currently, play is in Level 9, meaning blinds are at 400-800 with a 75 ante.
Approximately 300 players remain in contention, and when prize pool information is released we will make those figures public.
The Black Chip Bounty is well into the swing of things, with tables split between the main cash room and the Signature Room. So far, 406 players have signed up, with nearly a quarter of those already eliminated. Prize pool information is fluid, but we're currently looking at more than $35,000 up top.
Notable players spotted grinding early stacks include Victor Ramdin, Amnon Filippi and Matt Stout.
