Iverson Cotton Snuffer snuffed out the competition in Event 5, coming away with the $63,882 win after a marathon 22-hour tournament. He outlasted 817 other players, including taking out experienced and well-respected pro Chad Brown heads up, to add to his $110,000+ in recorded live cashes.

Snuffer won a tournament for the second straight night, having just taken down one of the smaller side tournaments last night for $5,466.

"I want to thank my beautiful wife Jamie, all my children and grandchildren for their support in allowing me to follow my dream," Snuffer said. "I'd also like to thank my lord and savior Jesus Christ."

Iverson Cotton Snuffer shoved all in from the button, and Chad Brown called.

Snuffer: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Brown: {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

Brown had already doubled up once with two live cards, and he looked poised to do so again when {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Spades} flopped. The {3-Clubs} turn didn't do anything for him, and the dealer burned and turned an {8-Clubs} river to make Snuffer the champion.

Greg Candido got all in preflop against the man who has been sweeping up all of the chips, Iverson Cotton "Heisenberg" Snuffer.

Snuffer: {j-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Candido: {9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}

"Throw some diamonds out there," Candido said, issuing his customary instructions to the dealer.

Only one appeared: {7-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}.

"Nine or a deuce," Candido said, switching gears. The dealer produced only the {8-Hearts} and {3-Hearts} though, and "Tuna" had been canned.

Brown Doubles Through Braden

Bill Braden led for 500,000 into Chad Brown and Iverson Snuffer on a {4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop. Brown pushed all in for 1,550,000 more. Snuffer folded, and Braden called.

"Let's hold up," he said, confident he was ahead. He was right.

Braden: {9-Spades}{4-Spades}
Brown: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The turn was a {6-Hearts}, turning some of Brown's outs into chop cards. The river, though, was the {k-Spades} saving his tournament life.

"I didn't hold up," Braden said.

Blinds are now 150,000-300,000 with an ante of 40,000.

Candido Doubles Through Snuffer

Greg Candido shoved from the small blind for 1,345,000 after Iverson Snuffer opened to 500,000 on the button. Snuffer made the call.

Snuffer: {7-Spades}{8-Spades}
Candido: {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

"No eight," Candido said. The dealer obliged him, and he doubled up.

"That's not what I wanted you to have," Snuffer said.
