Trickett Smashes Timex
Jonathan Little opened for 2,000 from early position and received a call from Mike "Timex" McDonald in the small blind. Sam Trickett, who finished as runner-up in the $1 million Big One for One Drop this summer, then three-bet to 6,300 from the big blind, Little folded, and McDonald moved all in for 32,000. Trickett didn't seem excited but made the call nonetheless.

McDonald got it in good, but the flop paired Trickett's ace and gave him a big lead. Neither the turn nor provided McDonald with an eight, and he was eliminated from the tournament.
"Good luck in the €50,000 Majestic High Roller tomorrow," Justin Bonomo wished McDonald from across the table.
