Play has now finished for the day, and our remaining 24 contenders are off to get a good night's sleep before coming back tomorrow to fight it out for a place on the final table.
With the exception of Chris Moorman, all of the top ten in chips from yesterday survived through to tomorrow, with John Juanda, Justin Smith and Daniel Negreanu among those leading the pack.
As always, official chip counts will be posted as soon as they become available.
Join us back at the Casino at the Empire tomorrow at 1pm to see who's going to be taking a serious shot at the big money and the coveted bracelet.
Johnny Lodden raised to 11,500 in early position and it folded around to Panagi on the big blind, who announced all in for 54,500 in total. After some vague consideration and some enquiries as to whether Panagi wanted a call, Lodden did indeed call.

Panagi heads for the rail just as play comes to a close, taking £28,960 with him.
We're down to 15 minutes on the clock, and John Juanda was selected to pull a random card which, like a rabbit-in-a-hat that tells you your bedtime, would determine how many more hands they would be playing tonight. The beautiful Ms Juanda, with a flourish, selected nine.
Over on the far table, Tim West and Peter Neff are having a fine time -- their buddy at the rail has been delivering a steady stream of Coronas to them at the table. As their friend noted, "It's a boring game. You gotta keep drinking."
Scott Fischman seems to have limped or raised small; either way he was met by a raise to 28,000 from Brian Townsend. Then Ivan Demidov decided to get in on the action as well, and reraised to 56,000. And then, Fischman made it around 150,000.
Townsend now dwelled up, counting out his stack -- he had not much more than the call behind -- and rubbed his face in anguish. Then he moved all in for 194,000 in total. Demidov folded, but a committed Fischman called. What monstrous hands could these two have?
Townsend:
Fischman: er...
Board:
Thus Fischman's move went horribly wrong and he is down to 265,000, while Townsend is up to 355,000 and is a very, very happy gentleman.
Four-way to a flop, Scott Fischman bet 10,000 only for Ivan Demidov to make it 39,500. Soren Kongsgaard and Johnny Lodden both folded, and Fischman raised again to cover Demidov. Call.

Thus Demidov is up to over 300,000, while Fischman's stack is somewhat dented.
