Xuan Liu is a Canadian poker player and former poker ambassador for 888poker and Natural8. She has amassed over $2 million in career live earnings.
The largest cash of her career came in 2012 when she finished fourth in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure for $600,000. Aa year before that she placed third in the European Poker Tour Sanremo Main Event for $524,705.

Intro
Liu was born in 1985 in Toronto, Ontario. She started playing poker while studying CFA (Chartered Financial Analysis) in the University of Waterloo. Liu began her career playing online games on PartyPoker, and Sit'n'Go’s and small stakes Limit Hold’em at local charity casinos in Toronto. Liu first appeared on the live tournament circuit in 2007, but it wasn't until 2010 that she actually started taking things seriously.
Liu made her first WSOP money finish in 2010 when she placed 69th in the $1,000 Ladies Championship. A regular at the WSOP, the closest she has come to a bracelet was a sixth-place finish in the 2012 $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo tournament, taking home $29,985.
Away from the WSOP, Liu has racked up numerous cashes in poker series all over the world including the Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT), World Poker Tour, Aussie Millions, Australia New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT) and Asia Championship of Poker (ACOP).
In 2022, she appeared on an episode of High Stakes Poker alongside Doyle Brunson and Tom Dwan.
In May 2024, Liu extended her contract with online poker site WPT Global, where she serves as a brand ambassador.
